Once we learned more about this treatment and how it worked, we were completely sold and wanted to offer it to all of our patients. Again, this amazing treatment can help remove stubborn pockets of fat with no downtime and no surgery. Keep reading to learn more about CoolSculpting and how it can help you.

What is CoolSculpting?

Coolsculpting is one of the most popular non-invasive fat-reduction procedures that has exploded across the globe. This treatment helps freeze away unwanted fat with no surgery and often no downtime at all. If you’re not a good candidate for Liposuction or other fat-reducing treatments, chances are that CoolSculpting is a great option for you!

How does it work?

The CoolSculpting treatment begins with a targeted cooling machine that focuses and cools the specific area where you want to lose fat. We control the cooling to gently and effectively target the fat cells underneath the skin in the area you want. Want to lose that tummy? We can help. Treated fat cells are frozen through your skin, and then they die. Over time, your body processes the dead fat cells and eliminates them through your lymphatic system.

Can I multitask during treatment?

Yes! CoolSculpting requires no surgery or sedation. Our patients like to check their email, browse the web, or take a little nap during the half-hour long sessions.

How cool is CoolSculpting?

As the name suggests, the CoolSculpting procedure can feel a little cold. Need a blanket? Just ask! Controlled cooling is focused through an applicator to freeze the targeted fat. Though you may feel the cold initially, it usually subsides within 5 to 10 minutes as the area will numb. Because the applicators use a vacuum to draw fatty tissue into the applicator cup, you may also feel some pulling, tugging, and/or mild pinching at the beginning of your treatment. This usually goes away as the area numbs.
